I worked on the FIA licence web application, combining development with release validation and SIT/UAT coordination. I reviewed release branches against ticket requirements and contributed fixes, including changes to interactions on pre-authentication screens.

I introduced a governed agentic workflow that takes explicitly authorised Jira work through implementation, automated tests, code review and security checks to a Bitbucket pull request for human review. A completed delivery passed 899 automated tests and met all six applicable acceptance criteria, with one additional criterion recorded as not applicable.

My work connected acceptance criteria to executable tests and to the evidence used for release decisions. I reviewed deployed builds and work items, identified gaps in coverage and implemented regression checks on dedicated branches with pull requests for review.

I developed the nightly regression and automated triage process: analysing logs and test evidence, distinguishing product defects from automation, environment and test-data failures, and preparing test repairs, defect reports and retests. Proposed automation changes went through reviewable pull requests, while product defects were checked against existing bugs to avoid duplicates.

The process also tracked failed retests and intermittent tests, then produced morning QA reports with the cause, action and result for each investigated failure. Recent regression reporting covered 1,164 scenarios, giving the team a detailed basis for release decisions.

I led quality engineering for a programme delivering the unified banking application created through the merger of three banks. I wrote the test strategy and test plan for functional testing, regression, device coverage and release readiness in a regulated banking environment.

I designed and built the Playwright and TypeScript automation framework from scratch and implemented regression coverage for critical journeys such as onboarding, payments and account migration. I also mentored QA engineers on framework design, maintainable test code and review practices.
